What We Do

Meetings & Recordkeeping:

  • Preparation and circulation of notices for General Meetings
  • Attendance at four (4) trustees meetings per year as well as the Annual General Meeting
  • Preparation and distribution of notices of meetings, agendas and minutes.
  • Organisation and minuting of the Annual General Meeting
  • Maintain Minute books registered sectional title plans, registered conduct and management rules, contracts and all other relevant documentations
